Mexatrade Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you might need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.

Order Cancellations:

  1. Timing: You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.

  2. How to Cancel: To cancel an order, log in to your Mexatrade account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the order you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.

  3. Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Exceptions:

  1. Some products may have specific cancellation terms due to their nature or from certain vendors. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
